A native of Southern Arizona, Dr. Kartchner attended the University of Arizona for both undergraduate and medical school.

Dr. Cleave is a family physician, hospitalist and the founder and Physician Lead of the High Complexity Care Team.

Lynn has been a Social Worker since she graduated from University of Victoria in 1996 with a Bachelor of Social Work.

Seren grew up and attended nursing school in Calgary, Alberta.

(Kiriel) Oona has been an uninvited guest on the traditional and unceded lands of the Esquimalt, WSANEC and Songhees people since 1999.

Dr. Glen Manders was born in Prince George and raised in Victoria.

Dana graduated from the University of Vancouver Island in 2023 with a Bachelor of Social Work.

Grew up in North Western Ontario; Manitouwadge ( Cave of the Great Spirit).

Micah is a family doctor who brings a unique blend of clinical training and business acumen to his practice of medicine.

Dr. McClain completed an MD/MPH in Portland, OR and then to University of New Mexico for residency and subsequent faculty position.

Dr. Sarah Corser did her undergraduate and master's at Queen's University, followed by medical school at University of Toronto and residency in rural Family Medicine through Northeastern Ontario Family Medicine program affiliated with University of Ottawa.

Dr. Weldon is a family physician who was born and educated in South Africa.

Lindsey Strang was born and raised in Victoria.
